If Starter isn't working for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime from the billing portal — you keep Starter access through the end of the paid period and won't be charged again.
We may decline refunds for accounts that violate the Terms of Service or show clear abuse (e.g. consuming the full monthly quota and then requesting a refund every cycle). Where local law grants you broader refund rights, those rights apply.
