Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and a hashed password when you register.
• Product content: the product photos, names, descriptions, and prices you upload to generate ads.
• Generated content: the ads we create for you, stored so you can access and download them.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

We use your content solely to generate your ads. Product photos and descriptions are sent to our AI providers to build the ad scene and write the ad copy. We do not sell your data or use your products to train models.

3. Storage & retention

Photos and generated ads are stored so your dashboard works, and they stay in your library for as long as your subscription is active. Anything you download is yours to keep for good, whatever happens to the account.

Delete a product or an ad and its files are removed from storage right away. Deleting an ad does not return the allowance it used — it was generated and paid for either way. After an account is closed we keep its files for 30 days, in case it is reopened by mistake, then remove them. You can request full account deletion at any time.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use a single authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
